Why School Clubs?
Language is essential to every human regardless of age, gender, or socioeconomic background. Deaf and hard-of-hearing students are not the exceptions in this regard. Deafness can cause communicative problems with significant consequences in affected individuals’ cognitive, social, and emotional well-being.Williette Safehouse believes that extracurricular activities for students are vital. They provide opportunities to develop skills and knowledge and prepare those at risk of becoming reliant on changing their self-sufficiency trajectory. We believe that the future of our nation depends on our ability to create and to be creative.
