Why School Clubs?
Language is essential to every human regardless of age, gender, or socioeconomic background. Hearing impaired students are not the exception in this regards. Deafness can cause communicative problems with significant consequences in the cognitive, social, and emotional well-being of affected individuals.
Williette Safehouse believes that extracurricular activities for deaf students are vital. They provide opportunities to develop skills and knowledge and prepares those who are at risk of becoming reliant to change their trajectory to become self sufficient. We believe that the future of our nation depends on our ability to create and to be creative.
